Facilities Studies

StruXture Architects has vast experience in site and building evaluations. A majority of those projects required reviewing existing facilities for possible reuse. Performing a study can satisfy the public that the final solution, whether to build new or renovate and remodel, is the most cost effective one. There may be community members who question if it would be better to build new. The review and research process will allow us to have a well-prepared answer to the ultimate question of whether to reuse or rebuild.
